      When Should I Arrive?

      You should arrive at the time quoted on your confirmation.

      If your Brunch is in the morning, please arrive at 10.00am.

      If your Brunch is in the afternoon, please arrive at 2.00pm.

      Pre-Show Lounge

      Feel free to arrive 30 minutes early if you want to skip the lines and get a drink in our pre-show lounge. You might even meet some Drag Queens!

      Running Late

      So long as you let us know, we will be able to accommodate your full experience up to 30 minutes after registration.

      After that time, we may have to cut parts of your food service experience with us, depending on how busy the kitchen us.

      If you are 45 minutes late or more, you can also expect to miss parts of the show.

      We do not refund tickets because you are running late.
