In general, we are unable to accommodate walk-ins without a reservation. There can be exceptions.
We are generally unable to accommodate walk-ins because we are usually so booked that we have a full house and a large waitlist.
Occasionally, we have space in a show either due to a block cancellation, or because ticket sales have been slower than expected. if we do have space, our website will be updated to reflect this with the specific performance we have available.
Only if our website is updated the weekend you want to come, should you come to the venue without a reservation.
Walk-ins will be offered the tables we have available and may not have any choice in the class they are offered.
When to Arrive.
If you are planning to arrive without a reservation, we advise you to make yourself known to one of your greeters when you first arrive. They will make sure you are registered for the tables we have available, if any. We recommend arriving around 9.30 for morning performances and 1.30pm for afternoon performances.
We hand our spare tables on a first-come basis.
Payment
You still need to have a fully settled account before you enter the showroom. Our staff will send you either a payment link you can use to submit a credit card yourself, or they can take the credit card number for you.
Pricing
In general, the price you pay as a walk-in will be less than a ticket you book online or through one of our agents. The discount depends on many factors, including the reason we have extra capacity in the first place and will usually be shown on the website in the days coming up to the performance.
