Restrictions on Changes

We can mostly make changes to your booking. This article explains when we can't.

    We know plans change, and we want to make it as easy as possible to accommodate you, no matter what happens.

    We offer unlimited changes to a booking, subject to the following restrictions:

    • If you are choosing a new date, it must have enough spare places to fit your whole party
    • You are willing to pay any price differences that may apply between your current date and the new one.
    • You are outside any change freeze window
    • You are making a change for the whole party.

    The Change Freeze Window



    Refunds and transfers are not available if your brunch is less than 24 hours away.

    Other changes may be available, including increasing the party size, or changing the table class to a higher level and addition and subtractions of addons, but are not guaranteed and are only available if operationally we are able to execute them in the time remaining.

    Inside the change freeze window, the following changes are not allowed:

    • Refunds, unless the request is the result of our actions
    • Downgrades to a lower table class
    • Reductions in party size

    No changes of any kind are allowed once we are 2 hours before brunch is due to commence.

    Price Changes

    Some changes may affect the price of the seats you've already bought. The price of each seat varies based on a number of factors, some of which include how far in advance the seat was acquired, and how many seats remain in a performance. If there is a difference between what you originally paid, and the new price of the seat right now, you will either need to pay that difference to make the change (or we will give you a refund, if the new price is lower).
