My Reservation was Changed for Me. Why?

If we can't get you into the performance you wanted for any reason, we try to accommodate you at the closest one with availability. You always have the chance to change what we did or get a free refund.

We can't promise every performance will go ahead as planned - sometimes the weather just won't cooperate, or our staff will take an unexpected day off, or a Queen has broken a nail.

We always do our best to schedule performances for your preferred date and time, but if something unexpected comes up, these are the actions we take:

First, we'll try to reschedule your performance for the closest available time on the same day as your original booking. This will happen immediately and automatically the moment the cancellation occurs. You'll be notified by email, and need do nothing unless our choice of a new time just can't fit in with your other plans.

If that doesn't work out, we try finding the next closest day and time available.

If we can't find a suitable time within two days of your preferred date, we look for any alternative performance you can accommodate given your other commitments.

And if we can't find anything at all that will work for you, we will refund your reservation entirely.

Notifications of the Change

We attempt to notify you by email when a reservation time is changed. We do have the ability to see if our communication to you was delivered and opened. If it was opened, we assume we have made you aware of the change.
