      Impala Bar and Grill Substitution

      When the Saguaro is unavailable, we sometimes run Brunch at Impala Bar and Grill in Palm Springs. Here is more about this if your brunch is moved.

      This Sunday our usual venue, the Saguaro Hotel, is not available for Drag Brunch. We are so excited to let you know that we have, for this Sunday only, been able to secure one of the top eateries in Palm Springs, the wonderful Impala Bar and Grill to host brunch instead.

      New Location, But Times Stay the Same

      Impala Bar and Grill will open their doors at 9.30 am for those who wish to come to the pre-show lounge. For everyone else, registration will be:

      • Arrive at 10am for Check-in if you have an AM performance (Bar opens at 9.30am)
      • Arrive at 2PM for Check-in if you have an PM performance (Bar opens at 1.30PM)

      The Show is the Same

      We use the same cast at Impala as we do at the Saguaro. The content of the show also does not change. The same electrifying performers will be showing their unbelievable lip-sync, perfect makeup, glittering costumes, and staggeringly pointed shade.

      The show is still performed between the tables rather than on a stage, with a corresponding increase in the amount of audience participation

      New Food

      The team at Impala have created a spectacular Brunch menu, with variations available to accommodate those with special requirements.

      The AM Menu

      Appetizer:

      Parfait: Greek yogurt, mixed berries, granola

      Entree:

      Breakfast Burrito: Scrambled eggs, chorizo, tots, guacamole & cheese

      Or

      Breakfast Tacos: flour tortillas with pork verde, scrambled eggs, cheese served with a side of home fries

      Or 

      French Toast: cinnamon, vanilla, and orange on buttered Texas toast 

      Diva extended option: Impala Special: 2 eggs, bacon, chorizo and home fries, served with choice of tortillas

      Desert:

      Cocoa Hazelnut Bomboloni: soft, fluffy, fried dough filled with cocoa hazelnut cream

      Or 

      Strawberry Shortcake (Divas only): Traditional shortcake served with whipped cream and strawberries

      Chips and Salsa

      Entree: 

      Burrito: protein, rice, black beans, guac, cheese, and salsa (choice of chicken, carne, or shrimp)

      Existing Reservations

      If you've been notified by us that we are at Impala we have already updated your reservation to reflect the change. However, your confirmation email may not reflect the new location accurately as our systems are unable to change the location of the venue for single days. We apologize for any confusion this may cause. You should rely on our most recent communication, which you would have received by email, text, or both.

      Don't like these changes?

      Consistent with our terms, you may elect to cancel your reservation at this time or switch to another date without penalty if you choose as long as it is 24 hours in advance of your event start time. Just call us at 844-730-6918 and we'll make that happen immediately.
