How to Request a Refund

Full refunds are available until 24 hours before registration for your brunch opens

We offer refunds without question until 24 hours before you Brunch. If your plans change, and you need a refund, your best choice is to visit our Change Your Reservation page on the website and fill in the form there.

Alternatively, just reach out to us via chat, text, email or phone and we will be happy to help you. 

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or transfers to other dates if your request comes in 24 hours or less before Brunch. And we are unable to offer transfers if you or members of your party fail to show up on the day.
