What to do if something went wrong

We take any issue that made your experience at PS Drag Brunch less than perfect very seriously. Please do tell us! We will try to make it right for you if we can.

You can use any of our contact mechanisms to make a complaint. Rosemary Galore will be informed of every complaint we receive and will intervene herself if she feels we have been not done a good job in resolving the issue.

If Your Complaint is Sensitive

If your issue involves discrimination or harassment, or any other matter which should be restricted to only those who need to know about the issue, please email james@psdragbruich.com. He will coordinate the proper resources across the venue, PS Drag Brunch and our cast to drive a resolution we all find satisfactory.

If your complaint is about the Show or the Performers

Please approach Rosemary Galore, your hostess, either at Brunch, or by her personal email, which is rosemary@psdragbruhnch.com.

Compensation

If we feel your issue merits compensation and we agree, it will be made available either as cash, or credits against future spend with us at our discretion. The compensation will never exceed the cost of the tickets involved and might or might not include a refund in addition. Any other compensation is entirely at our discretion or must be the result of arbitration or court order.
